Return Policy
A money-back guarantee applies to many of our products. The buyer who decides to return the purchased item has the right to do so within 14 days from the date of purchase, except in cases where the buyer makes a special order, i.e., when the ordered item is not kept in the physical store and is specially ordered for the customer.

The returned item must be unused, packed in its original packaging, which must be undamaged, along with all remaining authentic labels, protective bags, and films, and the product must look exactly as it did when purchased.
When returning the item, the purchase document must be provided – the invoice.
We may refuse to accept the item if there have been changes to the appearance of the item or packaging that were unnecessary to inspect the item, including damaged labels, torn protective films, and damages to transparent packaging that would not hinder the right to inspect the item.
If damages to the packaging of the item result in the item being unable to be resold at the same price without infringing on the rights of another buyer of this item to purchase a new and unused item, such items may only be returned by mutual agreement (e.g., if you agree to compensate for the difference in depreciation of the item).
We commit to refunding your paid money within 14 business days, excluding the time during which the authorized service center confirms that the item is in good condition, i.e., no damages, defects, unchanged parts, matching serial numbers of the purchased and returned item, etc.).
