Warranty Service

  1. The quality guarantee is provided for all our products. The validity period of the products may vary. The conditions, warranty period are specified in the product description or invoice, which also corresponds to the warranty sheet.

  2. A 24-month warranty service applies to individuals, while a 12-month warranty applies to legal entities.

  3. The quality guarantee is not provided if the product characteristics match its description, and the product is suitable for use according to its purpose.

  4. The quality guarantee is also not provided for information contained in media or devices. This means that we are not responsible if personal information is lost during repair. Costs for restoring data at the customer's request are also not compensated.

  5. When picking up the product in-store, check that it is undamaged, complete, and suitable for use. When receiving an order from a courier, pay attention to the packaging – if you have any doubts, unpack it immediately. Note any discrepancies in the product transfer acceptance document and, in the presence of the courier, draw up an act. If you notice defects or damages to the product after signing the transfer acceptance document, we cannot take responsibility for the product or packaging being damaged or incomplete. In this case, the quality guarantee will only be provided in the event of a factory defect.

  6. You can return the product for warranty service by visiting us at Kaunas, Amaliai agurklių takas 3, or you can send it properly packaged with the help of a courier to: Kauno IKI Ateities paštomatas (Omniva). The buyer, when submitting the device for warranty repair, must also provide the purchase documents – invoice.

  7. We eliminate defects in returned products within 1-10 working days, counting from the day the product is transferred to the warranty service. If it turns out that the repair of the product requires a specific part, which takes longer than usual to obtain, the deadline is extended; in this case, we will contact you personally and inform you about the progress of the defect elimination process.

  8. When picking up the product, it is necessary to check that the entire set of the device brought for repair is being returned. Claims regarding the completeness will not be accepted later.

  9. The customer must deliver the device at their own expense and effort.

  10. When returning the purchased product, you must deliver it to Kaunas, Amaliai agurklių takas 3 or send it via the parcel machine: Kauno IKI Ateities paštomatas (Omniva).

Warranty obligations are terminated or do not apply in the following cases:

  • If defects arise due to natural disasters (lightning, flooding, earthquake, fire), improper operating conditions, user intent, or negligence.

  • Failures due to illegal, inappropriate voltage sources, electrical network disruptions.

  • Damage caused by improper operation: cleaning, scraping, scratches, chemicals, inappropriate environment (damp, cold), improper device maintenance.

  • Damage caused by foreign objects entering the device: sand, liquid (corrosion, oxidation), food, insects, etc.

  • Damage occurring after purchase due to the device falling, being hit, or during transport when the device is carried by the customer.

  • Failures were removed by a person without competence, certification, or license.

  • If the serial numbers and other labels on the devices or components were damaged.

  • If the device/product was used for unintended purposes.

  • If the device/product was deliberately damaged or disassembled.

  • The device failed due to improper testing, maintenance, software installation, adjustments, illegal programs. Warranty obligations do not apply to any changes or modifications of the device.

  • If the failure or abnormal functioning of the product was caused by the operation of viral programs.

  • If the failure occurred using consumables, additives that are not recommended by the manufacturer.

  • The device was used without following the user manual and warranty rules.

  • The returned device must be submitted in packaging that ensures safe transport. If the device is delivered without packaging, the seller is not responsible for mechanical damage incurred during transport.

  • If the failure is not confirmed or (and) there are failures not covered by warranty obligations and free service, all costs related to transporting the product to the transfer location, diagnosing the failure, and repairs are to be borne by the customer.
